He was arrested only this year, the Minsk City Police Department <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/police_minsk\/40287\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The woman told police that her bag containing sports shoes, clothing, headphones and a mobile phone had been stolen at the bus stop. Police identified the suspect but were unable to arrest him because he had left Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>Four years later, the suspect returned to Minsk. He was arrested.
