There were no casualties or material damage, Romania&#8217;s Ministry of National Defence <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapn.ro\/cpresa\/19411_informa%C8%9Bie-de-presa\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ministry, radars detected the object over Ukrainian territory near the Romanian border. After it crossed the border, two Romanian Air Force F-16 fighter jets were scrambled to monitor the situation. At 6:26 a.m., RO-Alert warnings were sent to residents of nearby villages.<\/p>\n<p>The drone crashed near the town of Solca in Suceava County. There were no casualties or damage. An IAR-330 SOCAT helicopter was deployed to monitor the situation.<\/p>\n<p>That same night, the Romanian military detected a group of aerial targets north of the settlement of Chilia Veche in Ukrainian territory, near the border.
