This is provided for by <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=C22600480\">Council of Ministers Resolution No. 480<\/a>, published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The automation will be carried out using the software of the Ministry of Finance\u2019s automated financial settlements system.
