He is suspected of refusing to pay for a taxi ride, threatening the driver with death and damaging his vehicle. The man was handed over to Poland\u2019s Border Guard for deportation proceedings, Warsaw police said.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred on Sosnkowskiego Street. According to preliminary findings by law enforcement, after arriving at the specified address, the passenger refused to pay for the ride. A conflict broke out between him and the driver, during which the Belarusian allegedly began threatening the taxi driver with death.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the driver took the threats seriously and feared that the passenger might carry them out.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the man allegedly kicked the taxi\u2019s fender and damaged it. The vehicle\u2019s owner estimated the damage at approximately 1,000 zlotys.<\/p>\n<p>Police detained the 46-year-old Belarusian citizen. He was charged with making threats and damaging another person\u2019s property.<\/p>\n<p>During a check, it was established that a decision had previously been issued requiring the Belarusian to leave Poland.
