In his message, he said there had been <i>\u201cunprecedented participation by millions of voters\u201d<\/i> and that United Russia had secured a constitutional majority in the State Duma.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cA worthy response to cynical attempts from abroad to discredit the campaign and sow division in a united Russian society,\u201d<\/i> the Belarusian ruler said.<\/p>\n<p>In his view, the election results demonstrate Russians\u2019 support for the course pursued by Putin.<\/p>\n<p>He expressed confidence that the renewed composition of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, as well as the elected officials of Russia\u2019s regions and deputies, <i>\u201cwill make a significant contribution\u201d<\/i> to implementing the integration agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Lukashenka wished the recipient <i>\u201cthe fulfillment of all good intentions for the glory of the Motherland.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aliaksandr Lukashenka congratulated Vladimir Putin on the unified voting day.
