It is worth noting that one week passed between Coale&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/us-to-lift-sanctions-on-belinvestbank-development-bank-of-belarus-and-finance-ministry\">announcement<\/a> in March this year that sanctions on Belaruskali, the Belarusian Potash Company and several banks would be lifted and their <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/us-officially-removes-belaruskali-from-sanctions-lists\">removal<\/a> from the sanctions lists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The U.S. Treasury Department&#8217;s Office of Foreign Assets Control has officially removed OAO Lakokraska and the Bellesbumprom concern from its sanctions list.
