He said that Vilnius has a clear understanding of what is happening in Belarus.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe have our position, and we have stated it. In some cases, it is aligned with the EU&#8217;s position. The same ban on the export of Belarusian fertilizers is in effect at the EU level.
