{"id":576672,"date":"2026-09-15T12:32:05","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T09:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reform.news\/?p=576672"},"modified":"2026-09-15T12:52:41","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T09:52:41","slug":"electric-vehicle-catches-fire-in-minsk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/electric-vehicle-catches-fire-in-minsk","title":{"rendered":"Electric Vehicle Catches Fire in Minsk"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>Firefighters extinguished a fire involving an electric vehicle on Maskouskaya Street in Minsk overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, Emergency Situations Ministry personnel found thick smoke coming from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSpecial wheeled extinguishing devices were used to put out the fire, directing water directly into the battery housing,\u201d<\/em> the Emergency Situations Ministry said.<\/p>\n<p>After the fire was extinguished, the vehicle was placed in a special mobile tank for 24 hours to prevent reignition.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire is being investigated.
