It comprised 20 retail outlets across the country selling light-industry goods. A resident of Barysau was identified as the actual owner of the business.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators concluded that a significant portion of the goods was purchased abroad for cash and without accompanying documents. Revenue from their sale was concealed from taxation. A business-splitting scheme was also used to apply the simplified taxation system.
