The human rights center Viasna <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/viasna96\/36375\">reports<\/a> a recent case.<\/p>\n<p>One of the Coordination Council delegates received a Telegram message from an unknown contact using the nickname Walter. The interlocutor wrote in Ukrainian that he was in Ukraine, had been following the delegate\u2019s political activities for a long time, and proposed communicating and becoming friends. Walter also offered to communicate in Russian if Ukrainian was difficult to understand.<\/p>\n<p>The Walter account was registered in August 2025. It is unknown who is behind it.<\/p>\n<p>Political scientist <strong>Alina Kharysava<\/strong> previously encountered a similar situation. According to her, a person who identified himself as a Ukrainian Security Service officer spent several days trying to persuade her to establish contact in order to build ties between Ukraine and Belarusian democratic forces.
