A criminal case was opened against the company&#8217;s chief power engineer, the Minsk Region Prosecutor&#8217;s Office <a href=\"https:\/\/prokuratura.gov.by\/ru\/media\/novosti\/borba-s-korruptsiey\/iz-za-khalatnosti-gl03092026\/\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation found that the 61-year-old defendant had failed to properly perform his duties: he did not organize the technically proper operation of the power equipment, ensure its repair or introduce technical measures to ensure safe operation.<\/p>\n<p>One of the barns at a dairy farm had no residual-current device or grounding. As a result, the animals were killed by an electric shock in April 2025. The damage to the enterprise was estimated at more than 55,000 rubles.<\/p>\n<p>A criminal case was opened against the chief power engineer on charges of negligence resulting in particularly large-scale damage (Part 1, Article 428 of the Criminal Code).
