When scanning the man\u2019s luggage, customs officers noticed foreign objects inside a sound system. Six packages containing a crystalline substance were eventually removed from a speaker. Experts identified it as alpha-PVP.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The man said he did not know what was inside the speaker and had agreed to transport it to Moscow in exchange for payment&#8221;<\/em>, the State Customs Committee said.<\/p>\n<p>Belarusian customs officers passed the information to their Russian counterparts.
