The new tariff was approved by <a href=\"https:\/\/etalonline.by\/document\/?regnum=Y226w0872c\">MART Resolution No. 47<\/a> dated Aug. 20, which will take effect on Oct. 1.<\/p>\n<p>The tariff excluding VAT is $2.43 per tonne of oil products transported over 100 km. The new resolution increases the tariff by $0.01. The previous tariff increase took effect on April 1.<\/p>\n<p>The Zapad-Transnefteprodukt state enterprise is owned by Russia&#8217;s Transneft.
