MART recommended lowering ticket and season-ticket prices and pursuing a <em>\u201cmore restrained pricing policy,\u201d<\/em> explaining that Dynama Minsk is considered a significant ideological project for Belarus and that attending KHL team matches is <em>\u201can important part of public life.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Under the new agreement prepared by the parties for signing, the club will refrain from unjustified increases in ticket and season-ticket prices during periods of heightened demand. If prices are to be raised above the established limit, the club must inform MART in advance and provide an economic justification.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry recalled that it received complaints from fans last season over a substantial increase in prices for home games in the first round of the KHL playoffs.
