The changes are provided for by <a href=\"https:\/\/etalonline.by\/document\/?regnum=Y226w0876c\">Resolution No. 42<\/a> of the Ministry of Transport dated Aug. 24.<\/p>\n<p>The toll rate for vehicles with a permissible gross weight of more than 3.5 tonnes will now be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for vehicles with 2 axles \u2014 12.1 euro cents per km (+0.4 euro cents per km compared with the current rate),<\/li>\n<li>for vehicles with 3 axles \u2014 5.2 euro cents per km (+0.6 euro cents per km),<\/li>\n<li>for vehicles with 4 or more axles \u2014 18.2 euro cents per km (+0.6 euro cents per km).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the same time, a 10-fold multiplier will apply when a vehicle travels along two segments of paid roads leading to Minsk.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-571229 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1553\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887.jpg 1553w, https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887-300x83.jpg 300w, https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887-1200x334.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887-768x214.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887-1536x427.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/reform.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/685887-870x242.jpg 870w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1553px) 100vw, 1553px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The tolls for a specified period of road use will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 days \u2014 21 euros (+1 euro),<\/li>\n<li>30 days \u2014 33 euros (+1 euro),<\/li>\n<li>1 year \u2014 114 euros (+4 euros).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The one-time toll will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for vehicles with a permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes \u2014 15 euros (+1 euro) for cases of non-payment,<\/li>\n<li>for vehicles with a permissible weight of more than 3.5 tonnes \u2014 19 euros (+0.5 euro) for cases of partial payment and 38 euros (+1 euro) for cases of non-payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The increased toll will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for vehicles with a permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes \u2014 100 euros for cases of non-payment,<\/li>\n<li>for vehicles with a permissible weight of more than 3.5 tonnes \u2014 130 euros for cases of partial payment and 260 euros for cases of non-payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The minimum prepaid balance has been set at 25 euros, while the maximum prepaid balance has been set at 350 euros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belarus will change toll rates on paid roads from Sept. 1.
