The suspect has been remanded in custody.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, in August this year, the young man was driving a passenger car along the R6 Ivatsevichy-Pinsk-Stolin road. Near the village of Kraglevichy in Ivatsevichy District, he lowered the passenger-side window and fired several shots from an air pistol at an unfamiliar 53-year-old man riding a bicycle.<\/p>\n<p>The victim contacted the police.
