{"id":570066,"date":"2026-08-22T08:57:39","date_gmt":"2026-08-22T05:57:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reform.news\/?p=570066"},"modified":"2026-08-22T10:24:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T07:24:49","slug":"education-ministry-sets-dates-for-final-exams-in-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/education-ministry-sets-dates-for-final-exams-in-2027","title":{"rendered":"Education Ministry Sets Dates For Final Exams In 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>The Ministry of Education, by Resolution No. 148 of Aug. 19, set the dates for final exams in schools at the end of the 2026\/27 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>Final exams at the second stage of general secondary education, that is, after the ninth grade, will be held from June 1 to 10 during the main examination period, and from Aug. 16 to 23 during the alternative period.<\/p>\n<p>Most students will take four exams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cBelarusian Language\u201d \u2013 a written composition based on a text;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cRussian Language\u201d \u2013 a written composition based on a text;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cMathematics\u201d \u2013 a written test;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cHistory of Belarus\u201d \u2013 an oral examination based on examination tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students in the second department of a special school, a special boarding school for students with hearing impairments, and a special school or special boarding school for students with severe speech impairments will take three exams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cBelarusian Language\u201d or \u201cRussian Language\u201d (at the student&#8217;s choice) \u2013 a written composition based on a text;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cMathematics\u201d \u2013 a written test;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cHistory of Belarus\u201d \u2013 an oral examination based on examination tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon completion of education and training at the third stage of general secondary education (11th grade), final assessments in the form of a centralized exam will be held on the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in the subjects \u201cPhysics,\u201d \u201cMathematics,\u201d \u201cChemistry,\u201d \u201cBiology,\u201d \u201cForeign Language (English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese),\u201d \u201cHistory of Belarus in the Context of World History,\u201d \u201cGeography,\u201d and \u201cSocial Studies\u201d (at the student&#8217;s choice) during the main examination period \u2013 May 27, 2027;<\/li>\n<li>in the subject \u201cBelarusian Language\u201d or \u201cRussian Language\u201d (at the student&#8217;s choice) during the main examination period \u2013 May 31, 2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reserve days for taking the exams will be the days on which centralized testing in the specified subjects is held, while the alternative examination dates are Aug. 9 and 11.<\/p>\n<p>Separate dates and types of exams have also been set for students with developmental disabilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Education, by Resolution No. 148 of Aug. 19, set the dates for final exams in schools at the end of the 2026\/27 academic year.
