According to him, Ukrainian MPs will support several initiatives related to Belarusians.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the lawmakers will provide legislative support for an <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/petition-by-widow-of-belarusian-volunteer-on-granting-hero-of-ukraine-title-to-foreigners-reaches-required-number-of-signatures\">initiative<\/a> by <strong>Veranika Yanovich<\/strong>, the widow of Belarusian volunteer <strong>Aliaksei Lazarau<\/strong>, who was killed in Ukraine. The initiative concerns the possibility of granting the title of Hero of Ukraine to foreigners and stateless persons.<\/p>\n<p>The MPs also intend to join the German-Swiss initiative \u201cGodparents of Belarusian Political Prisoners.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Ukrainian lawmakers plan to participate in Belarusian-Ukrainian initiatives, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/belarusian-ukrainian-relations-and-regional-security-discussed-at-ostrogski-forum-in-ukraine\">Ostrogski Forum<\/a>.
