Marijuana was also found in his possession. As a result, the young man will stand trial on two charges: causing significant property damage (Article 216 of the Criminal Code) and possession of narcotic drugs (Article 328 of the Criminal Code).<\/p>\n<p>According to the case materials, the Gomel Region native falsely obtained employment and submitted a certificate to his college, on the basis of which he was assigned to the company in question. In fact, the graduate did not work anywhere from 2022 to 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators determined that he failed to fulfill his compulsory placement, causing property damage of more than 11,000 rubles.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2026, the defendant also purchased 0.39 grams of marijuana. He consumed some of it and kept the rest at home.<\/p>\n<p>During the investigation, the 23-year-old man fully admitted his guilt and partially compensated the damage.
