The Defense Ministry has published photographs from military training attended by \u201cnegligent agricultural enterprise specialists\u201d<\/em> called up on the orders of Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The ministry said the agricultural workers called up are serving in one of the special operations units, where they are practicing tactical training elements at a military range.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the training, they completed a psychological obstacle course, underwent drills involving BTR-70MB1 armored personnel carriers and practiced evacuating units by armored personnel carriers to a concentration area,\u201d<\/em> the statement said.<\/p>\n

They will later be sent to the border to carry out \u201ctraining and combat tasks.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Earlier, Aliaksandr Lukashenka said<\/a> that about 500 people had been called up and formed into battalion tactical groups. During a visit to Vileyka, he proposed using them to return land in the area to the crop rotation cycle.<\/p>\n
