\u201cAs part of the groups, law enforcement officers practiced tactics for suppressing serious violations of public order and mass unrest\u201d<\/em>, the Vitsyebsk Regional Executive Committee\u2019s Department of Internal Affairs reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It should be recalled that in April, exercises on actions in \u201cspecial conditions\u201d were held in Vitsyebsk. Among other things, the security forces practiced suppressing mass unrest and detaining protest coordinators.
