Heavy rain is expected in Minsk on the morning and during the day on Aug. 18,&#8221;<\/i> the warning says.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the weather in Belarus will be influenced by a cyclone moving from western Ukraine into the country. The minimum overnight temperature will generally be +9 to +15\u00b0C, reaching +18\u00b0C in the south.
