A combined unit of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee’s Internal Affairs Directorate and Interior Ministry troops held a drill on dispersing mass gatherings at the base of military unit No. 3310.<\/p>\n

According to the Internal Affairs Directorate, “personnel practiced tactical techniques and action algorithms for suppressing mass unrest in a populated area.” The training was conducted by the leadership of OMON and the Department for the Protection of Public Order.<\/p>\n
