A <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=W22645138\">resolution<\/a> of the Interior Ministry No. 193 of July 10, which takes effect upon publication, was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The document amends the regulations governing administrative procedure 15.4.1, \u201cObtaining a special permit to engage in employment in the Republic of Belarus,\u201d which applies to business entities.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, a state fee of five basic units was charged for the procedure. Under the new Interior Ministry resolution, the fee is two basic units.<\/p>\n<p>Changes have also been made to the regulations governing procedure 15.4.2, \u201cOne-time extension of the validity period of a special permit to engage in employment in the Republic of Belarus,\u201d which also applies to business entities.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, the state fee has been reduced from three basic units to one basic unit.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the regulations for both procedures now allow documents and information to be submitted electronically through the unified electronic services portal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belarus has reduced the fee charged for applications for a special permit allowing foreigners to engage in employment, as well as for extensions of such permits.
