It will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring and preparing opinions on the adoption and implementation of the Coordination Council&#8217;s budgetary and spending decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative to establish the commission was put forward by the \u201cLatushka Coalition and For Freedom Movement\u201d. <b>Dzmitry Hryhalai<\/b> (\u201cLatushka Coalition and For Freedom Movement\u201d) was elected chair.
