T. collected a semi-trailer that had been left at a designated location in Latvia. It contained 300,000 packs of cigarettes bearing Belarusian excise stamps and another 180,000 packs without excise stamps. The shipment is valued at approximately \u20ac2 million.<\/p>\n<p>The man was supposed to transport the truck into Lithuania. His alleged accomplice, identified as E.
