The move is \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u043e\u0442\u0440\u0435\u043d\u043e by <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=C22600384\">Council of Ministers Resolution No. 384<\/a> of July 30, &#8220;On the Foreign Missions of the Republic of Belarus in the Cities of Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk (Russian Federation),&#8221; which was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The consulates general are to be opened by Nov. 1 this year. By the same deadline, the branches of the Belarusian Embassy in Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk are to be closed.<\/p>\n<p>The new missions will be financed from funds allocated to the Foreign Ministry for the establishment and maintenance of diplomatic missions and consular offices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belarus will open consulates general in Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk.
