However, four side events will be held in the Polish capital the day before the conference. They were announced by the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya.<\/p>\n<p>The events will take place on Aug. 7. Admission is free, but priority will be given to those who <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/tsikhanouskaya\/9474\">register<\/a> in advance.<\/p>\n<p>The following discussions will be held ahead of the conference:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Language, Culture, Education, and Media: The Invisible Front for Belarus&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Artificial Intelligence: An Algorithm of Freedom or Digital Authoritarianism?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Local Councils: From Elections to Cooperation and Results&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Belarusian Civil Society: We Endured.
