Emergency responders received the alert through the Molniya emergency notification system.<\/p>\n<p>By the time firefighters arrived, a third-floor balcony was on fire. The blaze was extinguished. A total of 79 people, including 11 children, were evacuated from the dormitory. Some residents left the building after the fire voice alarm system was activated.<\/p>\n<p>No one was injured in the incident. The cause of the fire and the circumstances surrounding it are being investigated.
