He was previously sentenced in absentia in Belarus to 12 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p>The property is a 68.3-square-meter three-room apartment located on Indurskae Highway. The apartment has been seized and is subject to a ban on registration-related transactions. Five people, including two minors, are registered at the address.<\/p>\n<p>A Belarusian court previously sentenced Loban in absentia to 12 years in a maximum-security penal colony and imposed a fine of 200,000 Belarusian rubles.
