The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister <b>Aliaksandr Turchyn<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The document implements Decree No. 31, &#8220;On Improving the Activities of Customs Authorities&#8221;, signed by <b>Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b> on January 22, 2026. Under the decree, customs authorities are assigned responsibility for monitoring compliance with international road transport regulations at departmental customs clearance points.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution introduces amendments to the Regulations on Road Transport Control at road border crossing points on Belarus&#8217; state border.
