He submitted a declaration for the temporary import of the vehicle and stated that he had no goods requiring customs declaration.<\/p>\n<p>During an inspection, customs officers found an empty Tissot watch box among the driver&#8217;s personal belongings. The watch itself was discovered concealed beneath the man&#8217;s underwear.<\/p>\n<p>The watch was valued at 12,000 Belarusian rubles, more than seven times the duty-free import allowance, according to the State Customs Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Administrative proceedings have been initiated.
