He had failed to serve a custodial sentence imposed by a Lithuanian court. The statute of limitations for enforcing the sentence expires in January 2030.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service, the man held a residence permit in Lithuania from November 2013 to December 2015.
