The project includes installing border barriers, upgrading roads and creating storage sites for counter-mobility equipment in border regions.<\/p>\n<p>Poland&#8217;s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence <strong><b>W\u0142adys\u0142aw Kosiniak-Kamysz<\/b><\/strong> published photographs showing Polish and German troops working together on the border with Russia.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>&#8220;The value of alliances is measured by joint action. The Eastern Shield is the best example of this.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><i>Polish and German soldiers, working side by side, are strengthening border defence infrastructure and deterrence capabilities on NATO&#8217;s eastern flank.&#8221;<\/i><\/em>, he wrote.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, this is only the beginning.
