The corresponding decision was adopted by the bank&#8217;s general meeting of shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>The share capital was increased by raising the nominal value of each share by 1 kopeck. As a result, the nominal value of one Belarusbank share now stands at 13 kopecks. The bank&#8217;s share capital has therefore increased by nearly 551.2 million Belarusian rubles to a total of 7.165 billion Belarusian rubles.<\/p>\n<p>The increase was financed from retained earnings generated in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time Belarusbank has increased its share capital.
