He was sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention, <a href=\"https:\/\/hpravy.org\/2026\/07\/13\/%D1%83-%D0%B4%D0%B7%D1%8F%D1%80%D1%8D%D1%87%D1%8B%D0%BD%D0%B5-%D0%BC%D1%96%D0%BB%D1%96%D1%86%D1%8B%D1%8F-%D0%B7%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%80%D1%8B%D0%BC%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B0-%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%96\/\">Haradzienskaya Pravaabarona reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yury Hrytsko serves at the Catholic church in the village of Dziar\u0117\u010dyn in the Zelva District. According to human rights defenders, local authorities called him on Thursday, July 9, and asked him to come to the village council office. Hrytsko arrived there that evening, where police officers were already waiting for him.<\/p>\n<p>The priest was detained, handcuffed and taken to a police station.<\/p>\n<p>On July 10, Hrytsko was sentenced to 15 days in detention.
