Water rose above floor level. Rescuers pumped out the water using motor pumps.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Emergency Ministry workers towed a stranded ambulance on Pryharodnaya Street.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were reported. Essential services for residents were not disrupted.
