The announcement was made by the secretariat of Deputy Prime Minister <b>Jamshid Khodjaev<\/b>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spot.uz\/ru\/2026\/07\/10\/belarus-projects\/\">Spot reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Belarusian and Uzbek Deputy Prime Ministers <b>Yury Shuleika<\/b> and Jamshid Khodjaev signed a cooperation development plan for 2026\u20132030 during the third Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Uzbekistan. The plan covers six priority areas.<\/p>\n<p>The plan envisages increasing bilateral trade to $2 billion, expanding industrial cooperation and implementing new joint projects. Cooperation will focus on six priority sectors: the electrical engineering and light industries, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, the production of construction materials and the furniture industry.<\/p>\n<p>The parties also approved a schedule of reciprocal regional visits for 2026\u20132027 and signed 14 interregional agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Khodjaev said that Belarus and Uzbekistan are already implementing joint projects in the production of cable products, tractors, pharmaceuticals, poultry processing and the assembly of mining equipment.<\/p>\n<p>The forum also marked the launch of seven new projects worth a total of $164 million.
