Four drones carrying cigarettes crossed from Belarus into Lithuania during the night of July 2\u20133, the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lithuanian border guards spotted the four unmanned aerial vehicles about one kilometre from the border near the village of Jaskonys, close to Druskininkai. All four drones were forced to land.<\/p>\n

Packages containing Belarusian cigarettes were found at the landing sites. In total, officers seized 4,998 packs of cigarettes. Their value is estimated at more than \u20ac27,500.<\/p>\n
