At least two fires were recorded in the industrial areas of these facilities,\u201d<\/em> the Security Service of Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/SBUkr\/17989\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Nizhny Novgorod oil refinery is one of Russia&#8217;s largest oil refining facilities.
