Belarusian customs officers intercepted a shipment of spare parts worth 360,000 Belarusian rubles that a Polish carrier failed to declare in the accompanying documents, the State Customs Committee said<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A Scania truck crossed the Polish-Belarusian border through the Berastavitsa border checkpoint. During an inspection, customs officers discovered undeclared cargo in the vehicle \u2014 more than 4,700 automotive spare parts worth more than 360,000 Belarusian rubles.<\/p>\n

Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the carrier. The company faces a fine amounting to 30% of the value of the goods involved in the administrative offence, in addition to the outstanding customs duties.<\/p>\n
