Dzmitry Dziamidau<\/strong>, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, has boasted on his Telegram channel about signing a “friendship and partnership” agreement with the collaborationist People’s Council of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). The agreement was signed during the 13th Belarus-Russia Regions Forum, held in Minsk on June 25\u201326.<\/p>\n

“Strengthening ties between our regions is one of the most important areas for developing fundamental and mutually beneficial cooperation,”<\/em> the Vitebsk official wrote in the caption to the photos.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the Community of Belarusian Railway Workers reported that Belarus had significantly increased rail exports to the occupied territories of Ukraine<\/a> in January\u2013April 2026.<\/p>\n
