The company is issuing a total of 10,419 bonds with a face value of 1,000 Belarusian rubles each. The bonds have a maturity of 3,273 days and are due to be redeemed on June 29, 2035.<\/p>\n<p>The bonds carry an interest rate equal to the refinancing rate plus 0.7 percentage points. At present, this amounts to 9.95% per annum.<\/p>\n<p>Interest income will be paid monthly.<\/p>\n<p>The prospectus also includes the retailer&#8217;s financial statements. In 2025, the company&#8217;s revenue reached nearly 1.25 billion Belarusian rubles, up 14.9% from a year earlier.
