During a search, officers found more than 15,000 zlotys in cash and a bank card issued in another person&#8217;s name in the possession of the Ukrainian citizen. Investigators determined that the Belarusian and the Ukrainian had obtained the codes from victims through deception.<\/p>\n<p>Both men have been charged with fraud.
