A car-sharing operator was found to have played a role in the case.<\/p>\n<p>In October last year, a vehicle belonging to a car-sharing service was recorded exceeding the speed limit. On the Minsk Ring Road, where the speed limit was 90 km\/h, the vehicle was travelling at 122 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>The authority conducting the administrative proceedings requested information about the driver from the car-sharing service. The company provided data on the basis of which the Minsk woman was held administratively liable.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, she had not exceeded the speed limit. Although the woman had indeed used the vehicle on that day, it was at a different time. The prosecutor&#8217;s office conducted a review and filed a protest against the administrative penalty decision. The protest was upheld and the complainant&#8217;s rights were restored.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors also sent a letter to the car-sharing operator.
