Russia\u2019s Investigative Committee has transferred case materials relating to the drone attack on a bus in the Bryansk Region to its Belarusian counterparts.<\/p>\n

\u201cRepresentatives of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus examined the materials of the criminal case being handled by the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia, as well as UAV fragments discovered and seized at the scene. As part of legal assistance procedures, copies of the necessary procedural documents were provided to the Belarusian side,\u201d<\/i> Svetlana Petrenko<\/b>, the official spokesperson for Russia\u2019s Investigative Committee, told<\/a> TASS.<\/p>\n

According to the Belarusian Investigative Committee, Belarusian investigators, together with their Russian colleagues, visited both the scene of the incident and the site where the damaged bus is being stored.<\/p>\n

A working meeting was also held to discuss operational matters.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, a bus carrying Belarusian children to a holiday camp in the Russian resort city of Gelendzhik was attacked, allegedly by a drone, in Russia\u2019s Bryansk Region on June 17. A woman accompanying the group was killed, while eight people, including six children, were injured. Moscow claims the bus was attacked by a Ukrainian drone. Kyiv rejects the accusation and describes the incident as an information provocation.<\/p>\n
