However, the medical institution filed its lawsuit before receiving the insurance documentation and subsequently failed to withdraw the claim.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cI did not sleep for three nights, I felt nauseous, had hot flashes every 10 minutes, my hands were shaking like those of a paralysed person, and I lost 3 kilograms,\u201d<\/i> Vadanosava <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100000985758269\/posts\/28165138193102329\/?rdid=0GLcdbwNAQuKXuFV#\">wrote<\/a> on Facebook, describing the stress she experienced.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, although she will not have to pay the bill, a package of documents must still be submitted to the court because the case has not formally been withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>It was previously reported that the hospital had sought 78,313 zlotys from Vadanosava to cover the costs of her mother\u2019s surgery, intensive care treatment and post-mortem procedures. The court also required her to provide a birth certificate within a short deadline.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nelli Vadanosava<\/b>, Katsiaryna\u2019s mother, died on January 1, 2026, after suffering a stroke. Katsiaryna had raised funds for her mother\u2019s treatment and funeral.
