The incident occurred in April.<\/p>\n<p>According to the State Committee of Forensic Examinations, paramedics were called to assist a woman who had fallen ill after consuming alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>A man and a woman were present in the apartment. The woman was shouting loudly, using abusive language and behaving aggressively.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>&#8220;At one point, the man, who was also intoxicated, pointed a pistol at the medical workers. The crew quickly left the apartment and reported the incident to the police,&#8221;<\/i><\/em> the committee said.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers detained the suspect and seized the weapon. The pistol was sent for forensic examination.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>&#8220;The seized weapon is a Borner M84 pneumatic gas-cylinder pistol designed to fire 4.5 mm spherical pellets. It belongs to products structurally similar to pneumatic weapons and has a muzzle energy of 2.28 joules. This item is not a firearm.
