The Investigative Committee has completed its preliminary investigation under special proceedings and has <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/skgovby\/15678\">transferred<\/a> the case materials to the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office for referral to court.<\/p>\n<p>Special proceedings against <strong><b>Mikalai Boika<\/b><\/strong>, <strong><b>Yury Makitau<\/b><\/strong>, <strong><b>Natallia Nikitsina<\/b><\/strong>, <strong><b>Krystsina Stankevich<\/b><\/strong> and <strong><b>Mikhail Chuprynski<\/b><\/strong> were <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/investigative-committee-launches-special-proceedings-against-five-people\">initiated<\/a> on May 27.<\/p>\n<p>They are charged under Article 285 of the Criminal Code (establishing or participating in a criminal organization), Article 357 (conspiracy to seize state power), Article 361-1 (establishing or participating in an &#8220;extremist formation&#8221;), Article 361-3 (participation in an armed formation or armed conflict on the territory of a foreign state), Article 361-4 (facilitating extremist activity), Article 361-5 (undergoing training or other preparation for participation in extremist activity), and Article 290-5 (organizing or participating in the activities of a terrorist organization).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Five members of The Kalinouski Regiment are set to be tried in absentia in Belarus.
