The SONCAHRAJ Festival<\/a> was traditionally held in Podlasie at two locations. It began on June 12 at Ko\u015bciuszko Market Square in Bia\u0142ystok.<\/p>\n

Performing on that day were the women\u2019s singing group BARVY (Gda\u0144sk), the men\u2019s group KASARY (Warsaw), and the PADLASKI WIANOK dance group for children and youth (Bia\u0142ystok).<\/p>\n

On June 13, the celebration continued in the village of Wiluki (Dubicze Cerkiewne municipality). Invited guests included BARVY (Gda\u0144sk), KASARY (Warsaw), and the folklore studio of Podlasie Belarusians \u017bEMERWA (Studziwody).<\/p>\n

The festival programme featured live instrumental music, traditional singing and a communal singing gathering, as well as dance workshops and social dancing.<\/p>\n

The SONCAHRAJ Belarusian Tradition Festival showcases authentic Belarusian groups as well as various activities, including traditional Belarusian dances and communal singing.
